At Nashville Karting Group, we take pride in offering high-quality karting products and clear communication with our customers. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted without prior written approval from Nashville Karting Group. Unauthorized returns will be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.

If a return is approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the total value of the returned item(s).
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges for Defective Items

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@nashvillekartinggroup.com with photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will provide an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Conditions

All approved returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any damage that may occur during transit.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Engines, chassis, electrical components, or any product that has been installed or used.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Consumables such as oils, lubricants, or chemicals.

  • Clearance or promotional sale items.
